Paul Wirth's 35 years of experience took him from national leadership roles in banking, finance, and homebuilding for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to three different companies of his own in homebuilding, finance and, consulting.
Having completed training and certification in PeerSpectives® CEO peer group facilitation, Vistage Chair Academy, Talent Optimization®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®), and certification as an exit planning advisor (CEPA) through The Exit Planning Institute, Paul set out on his own to develop the Blueprint for Entrepreneurial Growth (B4EG) that goes well beyond the basics to one in which business owners, CEOs, and executive leaders can further their company's growth and value.
Paul works with business owners, CEOs and their leadership teams helping them develop their strategic initiatives that include growth, acquisition, sale and succession. His focus goes beyond revenue improvement and encompasses the art of value enhancement as a certified value builder advisor (CVBA). His work supports industries across a full spectrum which includes service, manufacturing, distribution, and transportation to name a few.
Paul’s passion is to help business owners and their leadership teams prepare their organizations for exit whether one year or 20 years down the road; whether to sell to a strategic investor or to pass the business to the next generation.
