Professional ExperiencePaul Wirth's 35 years of experience took him from national corporate roles in banking, finance and home building for both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to three different start-ups of his own in home-building, lending and executive coaching. This combination of corporate experience as well as entrepreneurial acumen gives Paul a unique lens through which to view and help others. His passion is to help CEOs, business owners, and their leadership teams break through ceilings that hold them back from exponential growth.
Paul infuses some of the concepts of his EOS® training which he completed in 2018, and Predictive Index which he was certified in 2020, in his sessions so that business owners, CEOs and executive leaders can further their company growth. Skilled at facilitating a process of self-discovery that helps leaders identify core issues and challenges to come up with solutions to improve performance and optimize happiness, Paul helps leaders and organizations develop a vision and make that vision a reality. His calm, even-keeled personality and aptitude for understanding draws people to him and allows him to connect with them in a deep and meaningful way. |

Paul credits his work ethics of grit, ingenuity and perseverance to growing up in New York where from age 11 he had to creatively generate spending money to ease the financial pressures for his mother who had to bring up three sons on her own after his father's tragic death. Paul met the girl of his dreams, Judy in New York and soon after set out on their life journey by moving to Florida in 1991, where they had their first son, Jacob. As Paul's career took off he was promoted to a regional, executive leadership role and relocated to California in 1999, where he, his wife of 29 years and two sons, Jacob and Zachary reside to this day.
